Devices in development
Section titled “Devices in development”The bitwerk Base and Streamer run as prototypes, the Remote is work in progress, and the other devices are concepts. None of them can be ordered yet. Write to us with the device and the quantity, and we keep you posted and reserve a place for you in the first batch. A registration costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
What helps us answer quickly

- The speakers, amplifiers and DACs you use today.
- Roughly how big your music library is and where it lives now.

Support for existing installations
Section titled “Support for existing installations”The setup guides and troubleshooting answer most questions. A DAC that is not on the compatibility list can be requested there. For everything else, write to the address above with the version shown in the top bar of the web UI.
